The benefits of exercise and music have kept me moving. Being a Big Believer in the Benefits of Bouncing to MUsic on a rebounder or sitting on a stability ball, I have been adding music to most workout video files when removing the moves I prefer not to do.

Andrea, Mindy, BBL, and foam roller
This morning I warmed up on the bungee to Andrea Metcalf's cardio then did Mindy Total Body Gliding chapter then the rest of BBL Cardio Axe while holding Fitstix and finished with rolling on a foam roller. My knee is much improved today!
