The benefits of exercise and music have kept me moving. Being a Big Believer in the Benefits of Bouncing to MUsic on a rebounder or sitting on a stability ball, I have been adding music to most workout video files when removing the moves I prefer not to do.

uh oh
While away, Blogger has changed its look so I may be having to do some reading and experimenting the next couple of days.
I did put almost 40,000 paces on my pedometer Monday through Weds while away in AC this trip!
