The benefits of exercise and music have kept me moving. Being a Big Believer in the Benefits of Bouncing to MUsic on a rebounder or sitting on a stability ball, I have been adding music to most workout video files when removing the moves I prefer not to do.

This morning I warmed up to a wonderful routine played on our HD TV through youtube:

I wound up doing most of it LOL
Question is why did I wait so long to revisit this treasure???
