The benefits of exercise and music have kept me moving. Being a Big Believer in the Benefits of Bouncing to MUsic on a rebounder or sitting on a stability ball, I have been adding music to most workout video files when removing the moves I prefer not to do.

Still MUving Wiser
This morning I did the (MUsic Added) Older and Wiser Cardio Level 2, Strength Levels 3-4 and finished with the separate Cooldown Stretch. I really like these routines and find them different from anything else in my huge collection.
