The benefits of exercise and music have kept me moving. Being a Big Believer in the Benefits of Bouncing to MUsic on a rebounder or sitting on a stability ball, I have been adding music to most workout video files when removing the moves I prefer not to do.

This morning I did the edited files from Bootcamp Boogie and Fusion Band.

Done mostly on the bungee
Done standing with a band then sitting on the Hopper ball
As usual, it was mostly my MUsic that kept me MUving.
