Its creator Sherry Zunker was supposed to make more DVDs but I don't believe she did. Today I discovered she had a streaming channel with a free trial!

Overall, these are full body *feel good* routines that I can follow almost mindlessly with no dread. The movements are similar to Classical Stretch but not as tedious.
