OOP vhs

This morning I did a Leslie Jog and Walk with pumping MUsic added which unfortunately youtube had banned.  Probably because Gaiam has downloads of it selling on Amazon and own the visual copyrights, even though Gaiam did not produce the vhs I used for capturing.  Next I did the second part of Nia Awareness of the Hip Joints.

I added some MUsic soundtracks from movies to Leslie's Too Busy to Workout and think it is a winner!
