Manuel, Jessica and CS Day2 LOL

This morning I warmed up with 15 minutes of Manuel on the bungee and even picked up my Fitstix.  He is really easy to move with when mindlessly healthbouncing or walking and adding my own MUsic makes him even more fun.  Perfect for warming up.  Thanks to having so many downloads of Manuel from youtube, I pretty much have been able to use just about my whole music library LOL  The one I did this morning had Beatles tunes replacing the audio of this routine:

Then I did 15 minutes of Jessica's High Energy Walk from her Walking dvd but I had added my own MUsic to it, mostly Maroon5 tunes and really enjoyed the routine even more than when playing the dvd.  I did it on and off the bungee, with and without Fitstix.

Then I did the second half of Jessica's Dance Walk youtube workout to which I had also added MUsic.

Finished this morning's workout with some of the CS922 routine.

ETA: I did try to save all of my Jessica downloads onto a single master dvd which I could more easily share with those who wanted a Living Room workout dvd badly but by cramming them all on, it made Jessica sound like she was in an Alvin and the chipmunk cartoon! LOL

Manuel and Jessica and CS

First I want to mention that even though I have burned dvdrs of Jessica's Living Room workouts as a favor for some VFers, I have decided not to do so anymore.  It is too time consuming and uses my laptops resources so extensively that I can do little else with my laptop during the process.  Also there is the expense of blank dvdrs, postage, and packaging as well as stress worrying if the person received the dvdr(s) and can play them satisfactorily.   Folks can try them on youtube, download them from youtube (or my current filemails) to play on their puter and/or even burn them to dvdr if their puter has a dvd burning capability.  For me to charge somebody for my expenses and time at minimum wage, I would have to charge at least $25 per dvdr and the quality is not the greatest.
I prefer to spend my time and resources sharing on youtube and adding MUsic to workouts for my own personal use.

Just buy Jessica's dvds if you can only workout with a dvd!
They offer much better visual and audio quality than her Living Room youtube videos.

I also worry that my freebies may stop people from ordering her dvds:
*Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free, even if the milk is alittle sour*.
So even if my filemail upgrade continues, I do not plan to upload Jessica's living room workouts again.  Besides, she is constantly adding new workouts to youtube so I am not going to try to upload all of her past, present, and future youtube videos to future filemails.
Since the lack of interest in the videos to which I have added MUsic implies I am not interfering with her youtube or dvd income, I will continue to upload them to youtube so I can play them on my HDTV with internet apps because they are my favorite way of moving.

This morning, I warmed up on the bungee with the German instructor Manuel.  However, I have also been replacing his original audio with my own MUsic
His original youtube videos can be found on this Playlist:

Then I did the Cardio Dance Sculpt  (Jessica's Total Body Balance dvd) and really enjoyed it.  Also did the standing part of Core Stretch.  Finished with CS 920 (?) which was a pretty good routine.
I didn't get my exercise high from my JS with MUsic videos but ran out of time and energy.
Tomorrow is another day.

Still Jessica and CS

This morning I warmed up with the second half of Cardio Flow on Jessica's Total Body Balance dvd then did half of the Power Walk, mostly on the bungee from her walking dvd.  Before finishing with a better than usual Classical Stretch (think it is 919), I revisited Jessica's Living Room Fusion Sculpt part 1 to which I have added MUsic.

Total Body Balance is similar to Ellen Barrett's style and Walking for Weightloss similar to a Leslie Sansone and Michelle Dozois fusion.  Personally, I think Jessica has done an amazing job exceeding all of these previous pioneers.  She is more creative with her moves, most of which feel good and aren't too repetitive.  The dvds are chaptered beautifully for mixing and matching.  I also love her personality and attitude.  For example, she mentioned (paraphrasing) *the main goal for working out should be to feel energized afterwards rather than to lose weight*.

That being said, my favorite part of this morning's workout was Jessica's Fusion Sculpt with Fitstix.
I almost have to pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming when doing the routine.
What I liked most about this episode was how it loosened my lower back and hips.
I had to keep the sample short to avoid violating any copyright restrictions.

Walking, YD, CS

This morning I did Debbie Rocker's Quick Start Walk on the bungee holding XCOs then workout one from the (Barefoot Dancer) Yoga Dance Earth dvd. Tweaked Quick Start to make it more interesting. Earth was fabulous and really should be revisited more often. Finished with Classical Stretch 720. Still not sure how my back, hip and knee will be feeling later. Sometimes the CS felt great and sometimes threatening. If all goes well, will do CS more often.
I saw our PBS just switched from season 7 to season 8 and will be watching for the new season 9. It is usually a few weeks behind other PBS schedules.

ETA:
just did the cooldown from Z-Box and really enjoyed it!
Sometimes the best parts of some workout dvds are the warmups and cooldowns
