I may not even remember everything I did this morning.
First I warmed up on the bungee to some you tube clips (Firm samplers, TA Inspired cardio and alittle Christie Taylor). Then I did some the Pop Pilates Lady Gaga routine. Next tried some Buti and liked it more than I expected! More importantly, my joints didn't seem to mind the strange new movements. Then I did the rest of Nia's Awareness of Thighbones. Finished with CS 809.
Buti videos are on vimeo:

ETA: I just did the warmup from the Scott Cole and Janis Saffell video I embedded yesterday as a spark and really liked it!!!
This one just got uploaded by Tiffany Rothe and looks good too!

WOW Fusion Sculpt
This morning I warmed up on the bungee to Jessica's Toning Walk II with a band which I had added music to then did her Fusion Sculpt with current music added
I really enjoyed the Fusion Sculpt which is actually more cardio than sculpting even when holding Fitstix throughout as I did. The original youtube clip of Fusion Sculpt is at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzVt3nKIQuM&list=PLBB662DA71D5C5C84&index=17&feature=plpp_video
I finished with some CS including the freebie on vimeo for stress relief.

More Music!
I have been playing around adding music I like to video files.
Here is part of Jessica Smith's Barefoot Sunset Walk with music from the Broadway show *Once on This Island* to feel like I am walking on the beach LOL
Love the Calypso beat!

Crazy Combos
This morning I warmed up to Leslie's Red Mile which was rather boring then did the second part of Fitstix Cardio Praise to the Body Gospel steps cd music which was more motivating. Next I did the heavier weights and kickbox routines on Dana's Total Body Conditioning which were darn good. I used homemade XCOs for the weights and held on to my Fitstix for the kickboxing. Finished with alittle Jazzercise Burlesque and CS 801.
Since I liked Leslie's Blue Mile moves but tire of her voice, I am adding my own music to it for future use from a cd I bought at a thrift shop with decent workout tunes. Also am adding some of my favorite music by Three Dog Night to Cardio Praise for future visits.

Blast from the Past LOL
(Somehow when re-editing some stuff, this post became identified as being published today???? Think it was originally posted in May 2012)
This morning I warmed up to another great filemail combination of RefitRev on the bungee that had a Nia-like cooldown (videos embedded below).
Then I did some Strong Knees since my knee bothered me before I started to workout. Then I did half of Ellen's Grace & Gusto but starting with the Level Up chapter, skipping the abs and stretch and then doing the warmup up to but not including the chair. Finished with the first couple of Nia routines on my Holly's Fusion 3 filemail.

Wonderful Youtube Clips!
This morning I warmed up with Caitlin on the bungee then did a wonderful XCO routine but used my lighter Fitstix. Had to do some tweaking to work both side more equally. Finished with some CS 708 and 709.

Facebook, Forums and Nuts
There are alot of Nuts online.
People who are online to create havoc because of some sort of mental problem: Cyberstalkers, trolls, bullies, etc.
There is no real way of knowing if any of these nuts may cross the line and become a physical threat in real life to their target.
An information travel forum made me more aware than ever that these nuts breed and thrive on the internet and unite with one another creating a Mob Mentality, treating other people disrespectfully like those kids did to their bus aide.
Online, it is mostly childish Sticks and Stones but Cyber stalkers and bullies have sometimes crossed that line.
Being naive, I had used Facebook to sign onto other forums and recently realized what a huge mistake that was. It made my face, name and location exposed to a couple of these nuts!
I try to ignore and avoid these toxic personalities but they truly are everywhere and there is no telling how far any of them will go to feel powerful.
ETA: Anywho this morning I danced with Caitlin and finished Dance Aerobics on the bungee then did most of CS 707 and some 708 till I got distracted and started to search for some missing CS episodes which I eventually found. LOL
This routine was great for standing abs!
ETA:
We just went out to dinner to a marvelous Japanese buffet to celebrate DH's birthday. I bit into a piece of lobster and a piece of shell got caught in the space between my last two upper teeth. Not only was it uncomfortable but it threw my whole bite off. After trying unsuccessfully to pry it out with dental floss and toothpicks, I had some green tea ice cream which actually contracted the teeth just enough to pry the thing out. It was teeny tiny sliver the size of a comma. Couldn't believe such a tiny piece could cause such discomfort!
Anyway, all is well and thanks to the incident we avoided over-eating badly.
I am sooo thankful DH's dinner wasn't completely ruined and I didn't have to find a dentist in the middle of a holiday weekend.

Nice combo again
This morning I warmed up on the bungee to some youtube clips then did the first half of Grace&Gusto but using the FIOS VOD on Exercise Sportskool instead of the dvd so I could do it in our den with fresh air coming in.

WOW
My bad right knee seems completely healed!
Right hip is much improved too.
Will be posting my morning workout later but just wanted it noted that my chronic pain problems have improved much more than I had ever hoped without any surgery.
ETA:
Right hip is just alittle twingey after working out.
First I warmed up on the bungee to Pump It Up (youtube).
Then I did some of Guillermo Gomez Fusion Power on Sports Skool (FIOS VOD).
Finished with some of CS 829.
Pump It Up was surprisingly good.
Fusion Power had too much TIFTTing for me but I did enjoy much of it and fast forwarded through the TIFTTs.
Here's Pump It Up
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=507P9YJWeTg
ETA: I resolved the audio problem I was having with the Easycap dongle.
I am uploading a video with much better sound quality of the Heavyhands Instructional to my 8/13 post about Easycap and a link to a new filemail of the improved clip. It's a much smaller file so the original file may have had better visual quality.

New Toy EasyCap Video Capture
The Easycap capture wire I had ordered through Amazon arrived from China so I spent most of the day trying to get the audio to work through the USB adapter unsuccessfully. My laptop will not recognize the USB audio even though I tried several Win7 drivers that were supposed to fix the problem.
The video captures fine and I can record the audio from the nearby tv through my laptop's mike decently. For $6, I can record Video on Demand or VHS onto my laptop to share and/or burn. May eventually try a splitter to connect the audio composite wires directly to my microphone jack for better audio quality.
Anywho my workout this morning after my usual bungee warmup was circuit one from Fierce Force then the beach ViviDance on youtube:

Workout Vow
Something Old
Something New
Something Borrowed
Something Blue
I have so many workouts that I decided to try this formula to visit or revisit more of them.
This morning
Something Old was Body Gospel Strength&Spirit
Something New was the Perfect Legs Master workout
Something Borrowed was a youtube dance routine from the WorkItOut/PumpItUp group
Something Blue was ViviDance Ground (she wears blue and it was used as a cooldown for me)
First I warmed up on the bungee to the youtube dance then I worked the lower body with Master Perfect Legs but instead of doing all of the sets, I added in some upper body stuff with XCOs. I do like the moves in Perfect Legs because they do not aggravate my knees but do not need the DOMS from excessive reps. Then I did some of Body Gospel Strength&Spirit with the XCOs and finished with Radiant Heart Ground.
Absolutely enjoyed Ground!

Not the Best of Days
Woke up achy so did mostly feel good stuff this morning.
Warmed up on the bungee to some aerobics on youtube then did the second workout on the Yoga Dance (Barefoot Dancer) Earth dvd which I did enjoy in spite of the aches. Then I did Soothe and Flow from Misty's Calm dvd and finished with Senses from Radiant Heart.
Here's Radiant Heart Sense on youtube:

Work It Out and Nia Shin Bones
This morning I warmed up on the bungee to youtube's Work It Up then did the standing part of Nia's Awareness of Shin Bones. As expected, have major butt DOMS from Perfect Legs.

Walking, YD, CS
This morning I did Debbie Rocker's Quick Start Walk on the bungee holding XCOs then workout one from the (Barefoot Dancer) Yoga Dance Earth dvd. Tweaked Quick Start to make it more interesting. Earth was fabulous and really should be revisited more often. Finished with Classical Stretch 720. Still not sure how my back, hip and knee will be feeling later. Sometimes the CS felt great and sometimes threatening. If all goes well, will do CS more often.
I saw our PBS just switched from season 7 to season 8 and will be watching for the new season 9. It is usually a few weeks behind other PBS schedules.
ETA:
just did the cooldown from Z-Box and really enjoyed it!
Sometimes the best parts of some workout dvds are the warmups and cooldowns

New and Better Day
Slept really well last night with Melatonin. Only had one painful back area I couldn't reach with Arnica gel but DH rubbed it on for me this morning and the pain has been gone since. So my only chronic problem right now is my right knee and its main hindrance is rebounding. There is some connection to the hip because when the hip feels good the knee feels funkier. When the knee feels more normal, the hip is knotted.
This morning I warmed up to some great GRDance clips which I may post later. Did just one song on the bungee but my knee preferred the floor. Very glad I didn't cave and buy an expensive Bellicon! Then I did the standing Impact Katami and sweated bullets. Next I started revisiting Misty's *Stong* and wondering the whole time how the heck I have ignored this wonderful dvd for so long. Think I only have done it twice after first getting it. I will see if I can upload a clip or two later. Its one drawback is it was pricey for a dvdr purplish/bluish back. Maybe Misty has since released it with a pressed silver backed dvd.

Katami Bar and Sunset Walk
This morning I did Kore Katami then some Capoeira then some of Jessica Smith's Sunset Barefoot Walk on youtube. Kore Katami definitely felt different with an actual Katami Bar. When I woke up, even my left wrist was bad but I was able to do all of the standing moves with no problem. I am uploading a clip showing the standing moves. I had to tweak the Capoeira workout an awful lot but did wind up with some nice feel good moves from it. The Sunset Barefoot Walk is a winner filled with plenty of moves, both rebounder and Fitstix friendly. Easy to tweak to get more out of whatever your focus may be. I think I may like some of the routines in its second half the most, especially the African dance at the 23 minute mark. It is like a Walk-Dance-HiLo fusion. May not be the best quality but think Jessica should definitely make some Walking and other Barefoot dvds!
I should mention I managed the above even though sleep deprived waking up way too early because of a dentist appointment this morning for a tooth that has been sending some pain signals.

This morning I did some Chiball Energize then 3 chapter's of Misty Tripoli's Alive, some of it on the UR! Next I did some Essentrics Core and Leg Strength in Motion because this routine seemed to help my knee last night. My knee twinged less last night in bed than it has in months! Finished with various hip and back stretches.
