I will turn 70 this year and have been working out with videos for over 20 years, starting with the awesome TaeBo Live series which had great music compared to other workouts.
Avoiding dread and injuries by making modifications has kept me moving.
No matter how rotten I feel mentally and/or physically, movement to music helps.
I am done buying dvds, preferring digital downloads and streams.
Thanks to some new streaming options, I no longer have the need to edit routines to keep me moving to music only. I never liked mat or floor work and I have noted my joints prefer not to do much impact even on a bungee so I am downloading and editing less and less.
My favorite routines have simple to follow moves with good music so WalkingOnlineWorkouts remains my favorite current workout source.
I can easily tweak the moves to work on a bungee or even a chair. Besides being my favorite stream, WOW is reasonably priced.
I do like Kukuwa but it is starting to feel repetitive.
Most Nia routines have a repetitive feel, doing a series of moves ridiculously endlessly.
BollyX does not stream as smoothly as the above sites but offers a great annual or lifetime deal.
I lost interest in Get Healthy UTV long ago.
I doubt I will ever revisit most of my purchases or visit most edits but they are readily available when I am in a mood for something alittle different.
Here's hoping that moving in my 70's will be fun.
ETA:
I do appreciate the sunshine that Val (WOW) and Kukuwa have brought into my cold gloomy winter.
