Magnesium Spray, Arthritis Gloves, and Bone Broth

Quite awhile ago I bought a Magnesium Oil Spray but did not try it consistently and was trying so many other products to ease my muscle cramping, nerve pain, constipation, and insomnia.  I had stopped seeing a specialist almost a year ago because I did not seem to be responding to his treatments as well as I had hoped and was feeling more stress because of the wasted expense.

I had some events causing more emotional stress this winter and colder temps seem to trigger more pain.  My right hand, especially, has since become much worse and more recently, it seemed my feet were cramping more 24/7.   Finally, I started using the Mg oil spray at night and noticed it greatly eased all of my problems!  It relieves pain, cramping, constipation and insomnia without upsetting my digestion like the supplement CALM.

I have another tool in my pain arsenal which seems to be bringing much relief:
Arthritis gloves by Vive

I like them so much I ordered a higher priced pair that can grip objects better

ETA 3-12:
I have started making chicken stock (bone broth) from stuff I used to trash (veggie scrapes and chicken carcasses).  Besides enjoying the flavor straight and in soups, I have noticed I sleep much better after sipping a cup at night.
Besides, the house smells incredible LOL
Now I see why my grandmother made chicken soup every Friday.
