Same Old Problems

After seeing an expensive specialist for neuropathy from June 2017 to February 2018, I still have pain issues and sleeping problems.  He did help me lose weight and deflect the metabolic disease bullet including diabetes and hypertension.  Cholesterol is still high but I have learned to ignore it since the trigger for the neuropathy was probably taking a statin way too long and unnecessarily. Ironically, thanks to high HDL, the ratios do not seem to put me at risk for cardiovascular disease and my EKG and resting heart rate are text book perfect.

So lately because my right hand pain has become ridiculous, in spite of Arnica gel and Frankincense & Myrrh Neuropathy oil, I have tried various other OTC pain remedies.  A few I tried because of facebook ads are helping   I ordered and reordered ginger patches through AliExpress from China which are the same as the overpriced ones on Amazon, etc.  I liked Outback Pain Relief roll-on enough to reorder their triple pack.  It goes on nicely and seems to be effective.  I am in the middle of the Feel Good Natural Pain Cream sample pack which is definitely lessening the pain but I still cannot make a tight fist which is my goal.  I am still plagued by muscle cramps and foot discomfort and still hoping to find actual cures instead of just a bit of temporary relief.
Several other orders and samples are on the way LOL

Surprisingly, Vicks Vapor Rub seems to help more than other methol products!
Cheap Magnesium sprays help the muscle cramps after they strike.
Still love Arnica gel for injuries.

I'll update as other pain products are tried but think I may have to go the CBD oil route for sleep.   CBD oil did not seem to help much in the past but maybe the particular product I used was not effective.  For now, night time acetaminophen is my choice.
