My choice of exercise has been moving with stimulating music or MUving.
I am starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel and feeling better than I have for the past 5 years thanks to the addition of pain and stress relief ointments, many of which include essential oils and other beneficial ingredients. Throughout my journey with chronic pain, I never stopped moving which I believe enabled healing and slowed down pain progression to the point of becoming physically disabled.
I want to share some advice from a blog written by a pain specialist because I totally agree with the statement and know too many people who stop moving when they have pain and always seem to have that pain much longer and worse than necessary:
*The most important thing for people in pain to do is to keep moving. Discontinuation of movement leads to a downward spiral loss of function, depression, and anxiety, and then more pain.*
NOTE:
if the pain comes from a serious injury then moving may be the wrong choice
that being said ...
here are some streaming sites which all offer free trials and all enable canceling the automatic renewal while still enabling access to your free trial
my current favorite MUving source has been:
Walking Online Workouts
https://walkingonlineworkouts.vhx.tv/browse
I also like Kukuwa
these are links to her newest routines which are harder to find on the browsing page

Misty Tripoli Body Groove

NiaTV

Find something you enjoy and keep MUving
Nobody is watching and judging you so learn how to modify and move in ways that feel good.
