I had enjoyed Dance Faith Fitness on youtube

MUving (moving to music) was enabled without any editing on my end.
Unfortunately, youtube made some of her background songs unavailable.

AnyWho, she then started using more current tunes instead of faith inspired tunes and created her own streaming site: Walking Online Workouts

She offers a free 7 day trial then charges ~$10 a month with the promise of adding 4 hour long walks each month.   I recently started my free trial and am loving it!

Most moves are bungee friendly and easily tweaked to bouncing.
Best part is no Whooing, just great music and wonderful scenery..
The site bookmarks where a workout was stopped so you can easily resume where you left off.

There is also a VHX app.

Physical Activity helps cleansing, it brings balance and relieves stress. Psycho-physical activities will help you balance your body and will help you relief accumulated stress. You will have to find a form of exercise that suit you. I will just give you a few examples:
