Trust your own Mind and Body and listen to both. The benefits of exercise and music have kept me moving. Being a Big Believer in the Benefits of Bouncing to MUsic on a rebounder or sitting on a stability ball, I have been adding music to most workout video files when removing the moves I prefer not to do.
I did walk but not as much as usual because of the heat.
Also found out my blood cells are starting to look like I may develop an iron deficiency and the heat was already making me feel pooped so I didn't push it. Guess I will be scheduling my first overdue colonoscopy soon to rule out any GI bleeding.
