Being a Big Believer in the Benefits of Bouncing to MUsic on a rebounder or sitting on a stability ball, I have been adding music to most workout video files when removing the moves I prefer not to do.
Walking, walking and more walking!
Yesterday I walked the whole AC boardwalk from Ballys to the Hilton and back then Ballys to Showboat and back. Another day I walked roundtrip from the Borgata to Harrahs and back.
Pedometer registered over 44,000 paces!
Got lots of Vitamin D too :)
