Everything Happens for a Reason
Using VK had to evolve in stages for me to fully appreciate its potential.

Recently VK did a huge upgrade that took 18 months in its development.
It is similar to a combination of FaceBook and youtube.
(I am still struggling to figure out FaceBook LOL)
Ironically, this upgrade came on the heels of WellVideo ending file storage and and other *free* file storage sites like Toutbox going out of business.

Now that I am using my laptop more often for working out, streaming workouts from VK has become the perfect solution for organizing my daily workouts.  Much easier than trying to find the files on dvds, hard drives, or various websites and I can easily try some new routines that others have shared on VK.  I can even add videos from other sites like youtube and mymail with a few mouse clicks.

I will still do some workouts in the basement with dvds when it is cooler.  My huge hexagon bungee is located there but I may eventually move it up to the den after tossing an armchair taking up the perfect corner for it LOL

People Are Not Dumb

People are not as dumb as Trump and his surrogates think.

People are not as dumb as the GOP thinks.

Trump's trip to Louisiana was a photo op.  He handed out items to flood victims for a minute just to get it videotaped. The governor asked him not to come while resources were still needed exclusively for rescue.  Trump's security and travel expenses are covered by his campaign fund.  Trump did nothing for neighbors after Sandy or 9/11. Obama went out of his way to help NJ after Sandy and GOP Governor Christie was very grateful.  Clinton spent much of her time helping first responders after 9/11 while Trump bought up discounted real estate.

Note: Trump is a NYC billionaire and NYC hates Trump.

Bloomberg is a NYC billionaire and NYC still loves him.

Bloomberg does not consider Trump fit to be POTUS.

For decades, Clinton has supported Black individuals and communities.

Now that Trump has decided to appeal to Black communities in front of White audiences, he mostly stereotypes Black individuals.

Just look at who is currently POTUS and who is active in the Democrat party and convention.

Did anyone see Paul Ryan's photo with his all White interns?

The GOP has not embraced diversity.

The GOP cannot separate Church and State.

and now neither can Trump whose ideology changes with the weather or in this case the party he currently has joined.

Trump says he will protect gay Americans.

Trump claims he will support Supreme Court Justices who will reverse marriage equality.

Pence is anti-gay.

The new Head Honcho of Trump's campaign is anti-gay.

The current Republican platform is anti-gay to the point of supporting conversion therapy as well as discriminatory freedom of religion BS.

Even Rubio in Florida is against equal civil rights and ending discrimination based on sexual orientation in spite of the Pulse mass shooting of mostly Hispanic LGBTQ.

As far as safety, Trump and the GOP are against tougher gun laws. 

Trump wants to heavily vet immigrants.  

Most US mass shootings were done by lone wolf US citizens.

The number of pregnant women who have died has doubled in Texas after closing Planned Parenthood clinics.  

Trump used to be pro-Choice but has changed his tune after changing his political party.

Trump claims he will support Supreme Court Justices that are Pro-Life.

Pence is against abortion and Planned Parenthood funding.

Then you got Rubio in Florida who does not want to allow pregnant women exposed to Zika to be able to have an abortion.  Meanwhile the GOP congress will not release funds to combat Zika.

The GOP has blocked Change in the USA, not the Democrats.

Remember who will appoint Supreme Court Justices in the next 4 years.

People are just not that dumb to believe any of these re-sets.

Jut a small example of the hypocrisy:
Illegal immigrants have taken away jobs from Black Americans
Then why does Trump get Visas to hire so many immigrants instead of Americans in his resorts?
His answer is Americans do not want the jobs.

Den Daily Checkin

Yesterday I switched the JS550 to the den.
Since I am using a laptop hooked up to power speakers, I wanted to track the videos I am doing on the laptop so will blog a checkin.

This morning I did the rest of a new Medora Class which I had started yesterday on the bungee.
Then did the rest of one of the new fusion routines by Jessica Smith which I had started Sunday while standing in front of the laptop with light weights.
Finished with a breakdown from Country Heat to which I had added music tweaking the moves while sitting on a swivel chair.

Hopefully, I will return to the basement when it is cooler but for now, am really enjoying having the videos at my finger tips.  The screen on the laptop is actually better than my old tube tv.   Plus it is easier to find the routines I want to do either online or on my hard drive than on a dvd.

Class Medora

I have enjoyed the Class Medora videos and was thrilled to find a new one which I did this morning.  These classes have great music and great moves.  The instructor is fabulous and does not ruin the audio.

Private Communications

I have been active online since 1998.
If my private emails or private messages were ever made public,
it would be devastating.
It is bad enough that I have seen private community posts made more public by unethical members of communities and rumors spread by toxic people.
Toxic people resent *People Pleasers* because toxic people only care about themselves.
Russian hackers have their own agenda and to empower them is a huge mistake.

From what I have seen, Clinton is darn careful, not careless.
She has a good heart and a conscience.

Trump is totally careless and does not care how much negative behavior he may trigger.
He has no conscience or heart.
He is toxic.
He is unfit, emotionally and mentally.

It amazes me when Trump surrogates spread toxic lies.
It amazes me that there are so many ignorant Americans who believe these lies after witnessing his behavior and that of his surrogates.

I have to wonder if the assassination of the Muslim Imam and his associate in NYC would have happened if it were not for the Trump toxicity that has infected our country like a malignant cancer.

People with a conscience really need to be protected from those without one.

Light Touch Holds

I am always looking for new techniques and will be trying this one the next time I have trouble falling asleep or back to sleep:

I have really enjoyed the Country Heat series and plan to revisit them and try more KP DanceBody as well as some edits including walking routines.  The summer is flying by but the heat feels like it is here to stay.

Country Heat Deluxe

I had hesitated to add the Country Heat Deluxe dvd to my order which was actually a good thing because it would have made the *free* shipping of the basic set a few more dollars than ordering the dvd by itself.    Then when I was about to cave and order it, I was notified that a generous friend had already ordered it for me  (Total Fitness DVDs Mary is also a BeachBody coach).  It arrived yesterday after my workout so I did *Wild Goose Chase* this morning in spite of ridiculous humidity.  I was thrilled that it was loaded with new moves!

I really love this series because the moves are easy to tweak on the bungees and the louder music option drowns out the counting and any other unnecessary noises.  Best of all no TIFTTing!

The Trump Rollercoaster

In the beginning, my husband was amused by Trump and thought Trump would be the easiest candidate for Clinton to beat.  However, I was not amused and was very unhappy that there were so many ignorant and bigoted Americans.

Now that it is clear which candidate is fit, I am less worried and more entertained by the ridiculous behavior of Trump surrogates.  It is quite amusing to watch them chase their tails, going in circles and trying to defend Trump's public image by blaming everyone else including the media, the GOP, Obama and Clinton instead of the larger than life behavior of their most famous narcissist. .

Even the Clinton surrogates look like they are trying not to burst out in laughter when discussing their candidates and the Trump surrogates sound even more outrageous than Trump.  OK a few did actually LOL

I still have to see this demagogue's face on TV and online and probably will have to see it for quite awhile after the election with his rigged accusations, the Trump University courtroom drama and his planned Trump TV network venture.

Becoming more aware of the uglier Americans around me is worth the price to see the probability that there will be a future Senate majority working with Clinton.

Variety, the Spice of Life

Today I worked out differently by bouncing in the den with the windows opened using my laptop screen and attached stereo speakers.  First I bounced on my JS370 PRO to the Country Heat bonus dvd Dance Mash up.  Next I did the Night Crawl line dance a couple of times while standing.  Finished with sitting on a swivel chair to the Country Swing breakdown to which I had added music, switching to the bungee for a couple more intense cardio spikes.  I really love the variety of moves in the Country Heat series.

I am still sweating but think the fresh air kept me more energized.
The only drawback was the JS370 is much smaller.
However, its firm mat did enable balancing with less effort.
Maybe next time, I will place the JS550 in front of the laptop.

Trump and the Media

Trump says the media is biased.
It is very hard not to be biased against this narcissist and con artist.

He craves publicity no matter whether it is good or bad and behaves poorly so gets plenty of the bad publicity.

Even when the media gives one of his *jokes* a bad spin, it is his own fault that most people think the worse of him.
It is like the boy who cried wolf.  When he rarely tries to be honest about a misconception, people will not believe him.

His reputation now precedes him.
People see him as he has been most of his public life.
He created this image and there is no reversing this image.

His hate rhetoric has made me ashamed of this country and fearful.

Clinton has been under a microscope for all of her adult life as a public servant.
She has made some mistakes but obviously worked hard to help many people.
She is stable and experienced.

As far as policies, I am totally against the GOP platform and have no idea what Trump truly wants to do because he contradicts himself everyday.
I'm 100% with her and want a Congress who will work with her, not against her.
I also want a Supreme Court which enables and protects equal rights.

The Surrogates

Has anyone ever noticed that the surrogates for the POTUS candidates differ greatly in their personalities?

Almost every Trump surrogate talks fast with a nasty attitude.
They seem to talk even faster when trying to defend the indefensible, even stating their own crazy theories as truths.
I now *mute* them.

Almost every Clinton surrogate speaks slower and with a calm attitude.

Let's face it, the Clinton campaign has plenty of ammunition and the Trump campaign has run out of ammunition.  Trump's last speech attacked Clinton with the exact adjectives used to describe his own bizarre temperament.  Only the blindest of his minions could take his criticism seriously.
How long will Trump stay on script?
He seems to struggle when reading a script so probably will start shooting himself in the foot within the next day or two at the most.  The Clinton campaign will be able to keep their arsenals full till November, especially if the debates happen.

Country Heat

This week, I have been doing the new BeachBody Country Heat series and really loving it.
I am not a country music fan but the music is great for moving and the dvds have a music louder option so the cuing with counting is less annoying.

The time flies because unlike most *dance* workouts, there is no TIFTTing (Taking It From the Top), repeating combos over and over and over again.  Most of the moves are easy to follow, sweat producing, easy to tweak for bouncing and FUN.

I have the tendency to do most routines just once.
This is the first series I will actually revisit!

I liked it so much that I fully intended to order the deluxe DVD but a generous friend beat me to the punch and ordered it for me as a gift!

Trump has very little support from celebrities, other billionaires, and politicians.
Buffett, Cuban, and Bloomberg all support Clinton.
Buffett said Trump is not afraid of the IRS but is afraid of the voters when refusing to release tax returns.
He also said:
"No member of the Buffett family has gone to Iraq or Afghanistan. No member of the Trump family has gone to Iraq or Afghanistan," Buffett said. "We've both done extremely well during this period and our families haven't sacrificed anything."
He is busy burning bridges while Clinton builds them.
Not even the GOP Koch brothers will support Trump.
His rich Muslim friend who helped Trump when he needed money no longer supports him.
Trump is even considering hiring a man who has been accused of sexual harassment and Trump does not support women including his own daughter against sexual harassment.

Most higher level GOP skipped the convention
(Cruz probably wished he had too).
Musicians complained about their songs being used at the GOP convention.

Trump is getting more and more paranoid against news media agencies, the debate scheduling committee, fire marshals, and the voting system, claiming all are rigged against him by Clinton.

The only thing truly rigged against him is his own narcissistic personality disorder.

Let's remove the rigging of our Congress.
Let's give Hillary a Senate that will work with her instead of obstruct progress.
Let's get rid of civilians owning assault weapons.
Let's have a Supreme Court that protects equal civil rights.

Trump and Sexual Harassment

Trump blames the rape in the Armed Forces on women being there.
He thinks well of his buddy Epstein who is a pedophile.
He continues to defend Ailes.

Who is the Pathological Liar?

Trump and his minions call Hillary a liar.
He lies 24/7, throws out conspiracy theories like Obama is Muslim and not a natural citizen, makes frequent mistakes either out of lack of knowledge or lies intentionally,  contradicts himself daily even after being shown videos saying the opposite, etc.   He says outrageous things just for publicity without care of what people think or how it affects anyone else.  He is an embarrassment to his staff and family.  Most have to sign hush agreements when working for him.  He will never admit a mistake because it is an admission of guilt. Then of course, his favorite line of defense is to threaten a law suit for anything said or done that annoys him.  He is above the law and the only one with freedom of speech.
I believe everytime Trump is derogatory about our Armed Forces, he is not a patriot and is committing treason.

Hillary Clinton is called a liar because she does not have Total Recall or a crystal ball.
She admits she made a mistake having a private email server and has apologized.
Nothing serious happened because of this error and ironically, the government servers have been hacked. Most of us have said things in emails that can be embarrassing if not damaging.
Technology evolves daily and so do the rules of its use.
Just look at the daily damage of Trump's Tweets because he has no conscience or filter.
Policy and Action decisions are not always clear cut.
There is no crystal ball.
If there were, there would have been no 9/11.
If there were, there would have been no invasion of Iraq.
Both of these events occurred when there was a GOP POTUS.
Hillary has been under a microscope for 40 years and has passionately helped people her whole career.  The privacy she has surrendered is much more of a sacrifice than Trump trying to accumulate more wealth and power.
Imagine trusting Trump with national security when he seems to have no clue what is fact and what is fiction.  He is more interested in getting publicity than the nuances of national and international security.  If he truly learns about the world from TV shows, I suggest he watch *Madame Secretary* instead of *Scandal*.
Just the other day he lied about receiving a letter from he NFL about the debate schedule and claimed Clinton rigged the schedule.  He also claimed Clinton's staff wrote the speech for the Muslim father. I am sure several of his minions now believe the Mother was silent because of her culture.  what about Melania?  How much has she spoken during this whole year?  Ivana had to be very careful of what she said when married to Trump.  Their marriage went downhill once she found her voice. Was he projecting his own attitude towards women?

He seems to either believe his own lies or has dementia or thinks everyone else has dementia.
Imagine him being investigated for anything when he constantly lies and contradicts himself.
Imagine trying to figure out what is true and what is not when this future POTUS has a press conference or a crisis.   His sacrifice has been being a wealthy businessman for his own gain with his dad's fortune as a security blanket.  Would you let a brain surgeon operate without proof he is an experienced and successful brain surgeon?   If this is his claim to fame, why not release his tax returns to show how great he is at managing business and how charitable he has been?

His wife's character is not much better plagiarizing her speech and claiming to have a college degree.
Both times she spoke in the past year, she has shown she does not have a clue about much except make up and clothes.  She supports legal immigration so she has someone to vacuum her rugs.
Never thought someone born and raised in a Communist country would live in the White House before a female President.  Maybe Trump needs to add *The Americans* and *Tyrant* to his TV schedule.
Trump is influenced by his advisers about policy because he has no ideology but ignores them about his behavior because this childish counter-puncher is who he is.  His campaign manager worked for 10 years for someone still influential in Russia and the GOP platform has reformed its Russian policies.   The campaign manager also thinks we have dementia and believe his lies.  Putin recently visited Melania's country of birth. Trump Jr said money was pouring in from Russia in 2013.
Trump supports Putin as a leader more than Obama because Putin has said nice things about Trump.
What will happen if and when Putin calls him something not so nice?
Trump is not loyal to his business partners, investors, friends or wives.
Afterall, the man who got Trump out of financial difficulties is Muslim and is now warning Americans against Trump.
How is it that Melania and Trump get a free pass in international connections?

Is this Trump's America or ours?
He is a draft evader and income tax evader.
The only charity he cares about is himself.
His is only concerned about his own civil rights.
He is a rotten role model.
He puts publicity ahead of national security.
He is a domestic terrorist using rhetoric as weapons of mass destruction.

Do you want this sociopath selecting Supreme Court Justices?
Do you want this sociopath to have the nuclear codes (if he could remember them)?

I hope this is just a nightmare and I wake up before the end of America and the World.
The World is watching.
Prove Americans can still think and are not mindless zombies.
