I am not a country music fan but the music is great for moving and the dvds have a music louder option so the cuing with counting is less annoying.
The time flies because unlike most *dance* workouts, there is no TIFTTing (Taking It From the Top), repeating combos over and over and over again. Most of the moves are easy to follow, sweat producing, easy to tweak for bouncing and FUN.
I have the tendency to do most routines just once.
This is the first series I will actually revisit!
I liked it so much that I fully intended to order the deluxe DVD but a generous friend beat me to the punch and ordered it for me as a gift!
