Jess, Tai Cheng, Joey, URX

This morning I did the standing part of Jessica's new youtube 30 minute HIIT workout, mostly on the bungee.  Then I did some routines found on Daily Motion:
Tai Cheng
Joey Bull
and finished with some Keli URX to which I added MUsic while sitting on a stability ball.
