I just found a couple of new sites with interesting looking uploads.
One is Dakidissa uploaded videos on youtube which are to MUsic only:

Dakidissa looks very bungee/rebounder compatible.
FemFusion looks like a feel good dance fusion.
Also the Nia blog seems to be working better for me again.

Either they fixed it or a recent flash update fixed it.
So I will keep checking for their latest class Awareness of Elbow to be posted.
