This morning I did the standing part of Jessica's *How to get rid of Saddlebags* routine to which I had added perfect MUsic :)
Then I did a standing ab dumb bell routine with my heavier Zumba Stix led by Dakissa.
Love the moves but may replace the audio on this one:
Then I did a great kettlebell routine with Ryan on a beach bouncing lightly inbetween each move:
Finished with some Yodates Cardio while sitting on a stability ball.
Didn't do much higher impact cardio on the bungee because my heel seemed worse last night than the night before so did more stationary type moves today.
