I am feeling much better since lowering caffeine intake and trying to avoid low blood sugar :)
This morning I did a Jessica Smith Quickie Cardio Thin in 10 found on Sportskool.
I liked it enough to revisit and may eventually add music to it
Then I did most of the Kim Lyons Walk It Off with music added
The music in this one really clicked for me today!
