Hell Froze Over

I actually didn't include any Jessica Smith this morning!

First I warmed up on the bungee to the rest of Jane Fonda's Favorite Fat Burners VHS.  Then I did some youtube Fitness Blender Standing Abs to which I had added MUsic and also did a few sets sitting on the stability ball.  Original video:

Next I did the weighted ball routine and a few of the plies from the second workout on Benadette's Attitude dvd.  Finished with some youtube Qigong to which I added MUsic, one routine of which really seemed to help loosen my lower back and hip area.  Original routine here:

The youtube videos above allowed embedding and to the best of my knowledge aren't being sold.
My full length transformed videos are for my private use only without any economic gains for myself or economic losses for their copyright owners.

ETA: Just got back from a nice 2 mile walk with the family to a nearby supermarket which was extra vigorous for me because I used my walking poles.

Burning a DVD with Freemake Video Converter

Here is a screen shot of what the DVD output parameters can look like before clicking on *BURN*
You can edit the Title
Choose your menu type
Choose whether to burn a dvd (or a destination for an ISO image or VTS folder)
What the quality will be depending on the number of files, durations, and file sizes
I usually choose Good (green) or Standard (gold) and advise not to burn if the quality is Red.
If Red, you are trying to squeeze more on to the dvdr than what will play correctly.
Be sure it says NTSC if North America
I have MP2 as my audio default because otherwise there is no audio when the dvdr is played on a Play Station2 as a stand alone dvd player.

Jane Jessica Bernadette

This morning I warmed up on the bungee to a couple more songs from Jane Fonda's Favorite Fat Burners.  I am so enjoying these that I may revisit her other vhs in my collection.  Then I did Jessica's Single Sided Strength to which I had added MUsic which you can find on my pombarb youtube channel or the original on jessicasmithtv.  I used my heavier Zumba stick and then jogged on the bungee with a band for the chest while she did floor/mat.
Finished with the standing routines from Bernadette Giorgi's Attitude Ballet & Pilates Fusion but only used a chiball instead of a weighted ball.
Here and there I sat on a stability ball during the above as my hip/lower back demanded.

Jane Jessica QiGong

This morning I warmed up on the bungee to some of Jane Fonda's Favorite Fatburners VHS.  It is a compilation of routines from previous Fonda VHS and has moves very compatible with the bungee and fantastic music.
The used VHS can be purchased cheaply through Amazon vendors.

Next I did Jessica's Standing Abs to which I had added African MUsic while holding Fitstix

Then I did the second half of Jessica's Dance Party to which I added MUsic, some on the bungee and some sitting on a stability ball.

Last I did a couple of wonderful Qigong routines:
nice cooldown routine

I especially liked this one which made me SWEAT!

(Note to folks who think I am using copyrighted material illegally, these routines were found on youtube and enabled embedding and as far I as I can determine are not being sold)

ETA:
Happy to report that Freemake Video Converter 4.0.1.0  burned a dvdr with mixed file formats without any problem and without having my laptop cooled down beforehand.

What's a Vidiot to Do??

I spent the last couple of days in AC and for the first time in my 43 years of playing slot machines, I hit a jackpot that needed a handpay and IRS tax form signing!  So now I have a nice sum of money that I want to reinvest into something special.  At first, I thought BELLICON bungee which is about $900 for the largest size.  Then reason took over reminding myself that I am quite content with my JumpSport bungee.
So now I am considering replacing our ancient family pc which has been limping along.  Totally confused whether to go  laptop with a touch screen even though both my son and I have functioning 17" laptops or a desk top with more bang for the buck or an All-In-One.   I think my husband would enjoy a touch screen because he never mastered using a mouse.  Really do not need a huge screen because our HDTV will be near enough to it for streaming through a HDMI.

Guess I will wait and see how my burning issues with my laptop progress before deciding.  Freemake support suggested I download their newest version which I thought I just did but there is already a newer one than mine.

ETA:
I just downloaded Freemake Video Converter v4.0.1.0 which was released two days ago on 4/25.  It downloaded and installed even though I rejected all extra stuff.  Now they try to get you to accept the default search, webpage, and toolbar from Entrusted instead of Microsoft plus that Shield software.
May try a burn tomorrow to test it.

Jessica and Ellen

This morning I did Jessica's Power Walk after I had replaced its audio, mostly on the bungee and then Ellen Sleek Sculpt Express with Fitstix.  When Ellen was repeating the whole routine, I switched to the stability ball.

Cardio Dance Party

Jessica removed her Cardio Dance Party (Aka: Dance Party2) from youtube after youtube blocked her audio because of the music copyrights.

If you want me to either filemail or dropbox the original to you,

Jessica, Kim Johnson, Ellen

I did Jessica's new Power Walk to which I had added mostly instrumental MUsic over the original audio to keep the cuing.  Wasn't too fond of the music in the first half but liked the music in the second half alot.  Now that I have done the routine with the cuing, I will probably stick to the other version I made without cuing and more appropriate MUving MUsic.  I switched from the bungee after the first 13 minutes to the stability ball, to Fitstix on the stability ball then standing with Fitstix, depending on the moves involved.

Then I did alittle of a Kim Johnson Zumba class which had great music and simple to follow moves.
Most of her classes and songs are listed on her website:
Kardio Kim Johnson in Action! — Kim Johnson Dance & Kick with Kardio Kim Johnson for Fitness & Fun!

Some videos are on vimeo and some are on youtube.
The one I did some of today was on vimeo
Kardio Kim Johnson - 1 Hour Zumba Fitness - 2013 January from Don Johnson on Vimeo.

I also downloaded just the Follow the Leader routine separately:
Kardio Kim Johnson - "Follow the Leader" - Zumba Fitness from Don Johnson on Vimeo.

Then I revisited the second combo in Ellen's Super Fast Body Blast and finished by doing a set of the whole routine while sitting on a stability ball and her cooldown.  Since Ellen is in horse stance or wide plies second position alot, the stability ball works great with her style.  It felt way less repetitive by doing the routine standing then sitting with different MUsic!

Blanche, Ellen, Greg, Liz, and Jessica

I started with the first 2 weeks of Blanche Black's Bouncin in the House on the bungee then did Ellen 10 minute Walk from the WeightWatcher's set to which I had added MUsic.  It worked well on the bungee with Fitstix.  The MUsic was outstanding!

Then I did some of Greg Smithy's Easy Aerobics to which I had added MUsic while sitting on a stability ball and really enjoyed it!

Next some of Liz Gilles BodyLift and finished with some of Jessica's new Power Walk.
The music was more like her old audio setup :(

So of course, I will have to add my own music to Jessica's Power Walk.

Sunday, April 21, 2013

Blanche, Jessica, Brandi, Nia Shoulder Joint

This morning I started on the bungee with week 3 from Blanche Black's Bouncin in the House which included twists, jogging, fast feet, and tire runs.
Then I did Cardio Flow from Jessica's Total Body Balance DVD to which I had added Reggae MUsic and loved it :)

I ended Cardio Flow sitting on the stability ball and figured to try Bandi Woodard's Yodates while sitting on the ball since Yodates is done mostly in horse stance.  This combination worked great!  Sitting on the stability ball may be a way to use workouts which otherwise have been collecting dust.  I am anxious to try some TaiChi/Qigong sitting on the ball!

Finished with more of Nia's Awareness of Shoulder Joint on the bungee because the combos I did this morning (~ from 15 minute to 30 minute marks) were bouncier than usual Nia.

Jessica, Doonya, Nia Shoulder Joint, Jessica

This morning I started with the second half of Jessica's High Energy Walk from her new walking dvd on the bungee so I could have more energy doing it.  Pathetically, this was just my second visit to this segment and I don't believe I even completed it during my first visit.   Just too many routines and not enough time to visit/revisit them all.  Anywho, I enjoyed the revisit more than I had expected since it didn't really click during my first visit probably because my energy was already fading.

Then I did the last 3 songs from the Doonya cardio dvd but with music only.  The last 2 had alot of second position plies so worked well on the stability ball.  I really like the music and moves and it took me this long to try the last 3 songs!  Again these plies on the ball seem to release my hips nicely.

Next I did the first 1/4 of the new Nia Awareness of Shoulder Joint which is led by another instructor, not Debbie Rosas.  The camera angle was hard to follow but the music and moves worth the effort.
Nia Class Video - Awareness of Shoulder Joint | Nia | A sensory-based movement practice that leads to health, wellness and fitness

Finished with the Cardio Dance Sculpt from Jessica's Total Body Balance dvd.  Again it took me this long to revisit it.  Next I will be revisiting Jessica's dvds but with my MUsic added versions :)

Yesterday I had an unsuccessful burn attempt with Freemake Video Converter v4.0 but then converted all of the files to WMV and successfully burned an even longer dvdr adding another routine.  However, I cleared my browser and cold booted the laptop before burning which may have helped.   Also kept a fan blowing on the laptop to keep it cooler during the burn.  Not sure if it is Freemake or my DVD Drive causing the problem.  Also it did take 2 attempts to open a dvd to rip a file the other day.  Again do not know if it is Freemake or my own equipment/software.  Good thing I am persistent.

Jessica, FitSugar, Big John, Just Dance

This morning I started with the first block of Jessica's *Dance Walk Disco Mix* to which I had added MUsic on the bungee and it clicked for me much better than the original audio.

Then I did some of a FitSugar Pilates band and FitSugar Zumba Stix Toning found on youtube to which I added my own MUsic.  Original videos at POPSUGAR Fitness - YouTube

Next I did Big John's #18 and #19 while sitting on a stability ball.
john drury - YouTube

Finished with some Just Dance videos found on youtube till I pooped.
Really liked

ETA:
After just having another unsuccessful burn with Freemake Video Converter v4.0, I am going to have all files converted to WMV format before retrying

Blanche Ellen Jessica

This morning I warmed up to the first two weeks of Blanche Black's *Bouncing in the House* on the bungee which was on youtube a long time ago.  I did have the *official* dvd which froze a bit so the youtube version was better!

Then I did the Ellen WeightWatcher 10 minute Power Walk to which I had added MUsic, also on the bungee.

Then some Ellen *Slim and Sleek Fast* and then some you tube Zumba routines which were to Kung Fu Fighting.

Finished with Jessica's third block of Cardio Dance Party and first Block of Dance Party to which I had added MUsic.  Did some of the above sitting on the stability ball, with and without Fitstix.

ETA:
April's online Nia class

Cindy Ellen Jessica GU

First I did an Exercise TV routine with Cindy Whitmarsh to which I had added MUsic, doing the cardio on the bungee and the resistance holding a heavier Zumba stick.
The original video can be found at
Exercise TV Fat Burn Cardio - YouTube

Then I did the first block of Ellen's Super Fast Body Blast.  I decided to revisit this dvd by its short blocks so it doesn't feel as repetitive.  Still love the music and first routine done just during the single block.

Then I did some of Jessica's Cardio Dance Party to which I had added MUsic
and finished with some of Nia's Global Unity.  The segment I did from the GU dvd was a disappointment because Debbie had added an annoying voiceover to the routine so will revisit it using the vhs next time.  What is the point of this wonderful music if you are having both verbal cuing and a voiceover interfering with the song?  Thank Goodness I kept the vhs!

Ellen and Jessica

This morning I started with the Ellen Barrett 30 minute walk from a WeightWatchers set to which I had added MUsic.  The MUsic was great but the moves repetitive so I mostly freestyled, doing the first 15 minutes on the bungee then rotating in the Stability ball and Fitstix for the rest.

Then I revisited Jessica's Total body Balance dvd, doing most of the Sole Sculpt with my  Zumba Stix and adapting her mat moves to the stability ball and bungee then alittle of the Core Stretch.

I am really going to make an effort to visit and revisit some of my other workouts but it is really hard because Jessica's stuff keeps calling my name.  When looking for the dvdr with the Ellen Walk, I saw dozens of routines I never even tried yet and this was just some of the more recent dvdrs I had burned.  I have hundreds of dvds and vhs collecting dust.
Jessica's routines are perfection for me. She has just enough interesting tweaks on moves to keep me interested yet simple enough to enable some tweaking of my own.  Her moves can easily work on the bungee, stability ball and with Fitstix.  Best of all, the MUsic I have added is so much better than most pressed dvd workouts.  Hopefully, one day her sound system will be playing clearly so I can enjoy her cuing, and tips as well.

Some people prefer complicated choreo and learning a hard to follow routine with lots of Taking It From the Top to learn the routine. I never liked group dances like line dances or memorizing routines when I was a cheerleader. Rather than play *Follow the Leader* or *Simon Says*,  I prefer using my mind and body to feel good and finding/creating new ways of moving.

Jen PiYo Jessica

This morning I started with the last third of Sweat More to which I had added MUsic.  I did the first 2 sets of each interval on the bungee and the third set on the stability ball.  Pretty much held a heavier Zumba stick throughout the routine.  Very easy to follow these routines with my own MUsic and no cuing :)

Then I did Bounce Aerobics PiYo but had trimmed out the floor stuff from their youtube video.  Their routine had great music.   I sat on the ball for the upper body stuff.  Their channel also has a TurboKick class which looks and more importantly, sounds good.
Bounce Aerobics videos can be found on the YPCMedia channel:
YPCMedia - YouTube

Then I did the first block of Jessica's Cardio Dance Party to which I had added MUsic, mostly on the bungee and loved it.  Most of the moves really adapted well to the bungee with minimal tweaking.

I had a great workout this morning because I clicked with the MUsic in all of the above.

Freemake Video Converter Version 4.0

This morning I did the first 30 minutes on the bungee then 7 minutes on the stability ball while playing Jessica's Dance Walk (Disco Mix).  I couldn't get into the music which sounded like a bad radio connection but the moves were good so I will be replacing the audio, trying to use music I believe will not be blocked in Germany.  Several of the tunes in her mix are blocked in Germany on youtube.
Then I did some of Jen Edwards Sweat More to which I added MUsic and clicked much better with the audio.  Finished with some of Jessica's Strong Stretch to which I had added music.

Just want to mention again that I recommend downloading the newest Freemake Video Converter (v4.0) from
www.freemake.com
I accepted the Microsoft Search Engine and Home Page without any annoying advertising probably since I use Chrome as my browser. I did reject the offer of a third party program Shield download and haven't installed any of the Gold Pack features.  I believe you must accept both of the Microsoft programs to get the 4.0 version of Freemake Video converter.  Otherwise, it may not install.
Anywho, I burned a dvdr successfully and can now download videos from youtube which previously gave download error messages so I am back in business :)

4/19 ETA: Just had an unsuccessful burn so am converting all of the files to WMV and will try again.  I am thinking Freemake cannot handle burning some MP4 files.

Saturday, April 13, 2013

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

So I tried to burn a bunch of files with Freemake Video Converter, thinking my problem was solved because I did a successful burn after reinstalling it but it failed again. Also I am frustrated that Freemake will download many youtube videos but not all of them, including Jessica's latest Dance (Disco) Walk. I am going to bite the bullet and download their newest version with the ads.  If it works better, I'll then uninstall the advertising extras.  Otherwise will uninstall the whole program and go back to a previous version.

I did make a donation to Jessica's Living Room youtube channel and feel empathy for her because she is having technical problems herself and striving to please everyone.  I only have to please myself.

ETA:
So I just downloaded and installed Freemake Video Converter from www.freemake.com
Now I am attempting a similar burn but I did convert the MP4 files to WMV because I may be using Windows DVD Maker if unsuccessful.  Ironically, the software I had to accept was by Microsoft (Bing search engine and MS homepage) but the only change I saw so far is that VLC is my default player instead of Windows Media Player??
The other stuff may not show up till I reboot.
(note: I didn't accept the third party Shield software)

ETA:  The dvdr seemed to have burned successfully.
BUT will not know if it can burn MP4 files like it used to till I try future burns.

BUT I can now download Jessica's Dance Walk from youtube with Freemake Video Converter!
Both problems solved :)

After avoiding to accept the search engine and home page changes from Microsoft with the newest Freemake Video Converter download, I have finally caved and found downloading and installing Freemake Video Converter 4.0 was a simple solution for all of my tech problems.  However, I haven't installed any of the Gold Pack features which may or may not bring more advertising demands.
(note: maybe using Chrome as my browser avoided some advertising)

New Jessica

I do not know why but I couldn't download this with Freemake Video Converter or Freemake Video Downloader on my Chrome browser.  Also Realplayer stopped downloading for me.  Anywho, I could download one of my old videos from youtube with Freemake Video converter. Recently had Windows and Adobe updates so maybe either caused a problem.

However, Firefox Download Helper did work!

ETA:

Jen, Jessica and GU

This morning I did the first block of intervals from Jen Edwards' Sweat More dvd, doing the higher impact moves on the bungee and using a heavier Zumba stick for the single weight.  I liked that there were single weight moves and standing cardio.  Each cardio move was done for just 45 seconds and each weighted move for 30 seconds, giving the style a similar feel to Annie Mairs Fierce Force.  The only thing missing for me was motivating MUsic so I will be adding my own.
Cardio was hooks with jumping jacks and weighted moves were side lunges with rows and leg lifts with rows. I preferred doing a triceps extension for the second set of leg lifts. Each interval was done 3 times but I only did 2 sets.  Warmup was just OK.  Maybe adding music will make it more fun.

Then I did the standing part of Jessica's new Strong Stretch which was a nice routine except the music was a bit soft.  Jessica's voice comes out of the left speaker and soft music from the right.  Combining the 2 tracks into mono when downloading gave nice cuing but soft music so will be adding my own over the cuing track to keep the cues.

Finished with some Nia's Global Unity and found it very compatible with the stability ball!

Michelle and Nia

This morning I did the first block from Michelle Dozois Peakfit Challenge Anywhere routine, starting on the floor then using the bungee for the higher impact moves. I switched to the stability ball during pushups to do wide plies on the ball.  Then I did more of Nia's Global Unity.  May do something Jessica later.

Remember if you want to make a donation to Jessica's youtube channel jessicasmithtv:

I will be making a donation as soon as I receive a replacement credit card because the card I used most often has been replaced.

I didn't sleep well last night because of a tech problem.  Out of the blue, my laptop dvd drive stopped burning dvdrs.  Otherwise it plays fine.   Someone online described exactly the same problem and fixed it with a dvd drive cleaning kit from Dollar Tree so I will give that a try.  Otherwise may ask a new neighbor who builds pcs for help.  May need a new dvd drive.  Right now I am trying to burn a much smaller  set of files using Windows DVD Maker to see what happens but it is taking forever to encode.

Jessica, Javpel, GymRa, GU

This morning I did the Power Walk from Jessica's walking DVD, mostly on the bungee then I did some of Javpel's stability ball routines which had great music and good choreo which can be tweaked to holding a heavier Zumba stick instead of a ball, on and off the bungee.  Then I did some resistance band watching a video by GymRa but wound up doing my own thing to their music.  Finished with some Nia Global Unity which really opened my hips nicely.
I just realized I didn't use any of my own MUsic added for the first time in months???

JAVPEL Channel - YouTube

GymRa Fitness - YouTube

I do like Jessica's walking dvd much more than any Leslie Sansone but think she could have done even better so in spite of the beautiful scenery and decent music, I prefer her Living Room walking workouts for the variety of moves, especially with my own MUsic.  If I were to do her DVD routines with my own MUsic, I would probably do alot of tweaking to make it more interesting.
One of the best moves was near the end of the Power Walk so I had already started waning in interest.  Some moves were repeated just too much and were too similar. The V steps always started with the right side.  Luckily, I can do my own thing to work both sides equally and make the routine more interesting.  The background exerciser showing lower intensity modifications pretty much did the same exact move throughout the workout and may as well been walking with Leslie.

Manuel, Manba, Doonya and Jessica

This morning I started on the bungee with a German Manuel from youtube to which I had added MUsic which got me right into the MUving gruve then did some youtube Manba then some Doonya cardio then Jessica's 2nd part of Cardio Core Flow to which I had added music then some of Nia's Awareness of the Head.
I alternated between the bungee, stability ball and Fitstix.

Saturday, April 6, 2013

Manba, Doonya and Jessica

This morning I tried a few Manba videos on youtube which were surprisingly good on the bungee.  The moves are powerful functional moves and the music decent and Manba had a fun vibe to it.  I even went  breathless a few times.
Manba videos are on youtube at dancelikeaman's channel - YouTube

Then I did some Doonya cardio on the bungee and really enjoyed the moves and the music.

Finished with Jessica downloads to which I had added MUsic (some Dance Walk and some Cardio Core Flow), doing my bungee, stability ball, floor, and Fitstix tweaking.  Even held both heavier Zumba stix for alittle more intensity for awhile.  Really enjoyed everything.

I think I found a solution that will make Jessica's audio better for most systems in her future Living Room routines.  :::Fingers Crossed:::

Jessica and Stability Ball

This morning I started with the Jessica Kick Butt Kickbox to which I had added MUsic.
Yesterday as a spark, I did some of the original on youtube.
(Note: check yesterday's blog post for a wonderful sitting Qigong routine also done as a spark)
It seems as though Jessica's music quality deteriorates as her routines progress so I found my MUsic added much better for me, especially in the second half.  The routine worked nicely with the bungee, stability ball and Fitstix.  I even used the knee pad that came with a gliding set for pivoting the foot when punching since I only have carpeting in the basement.  I had to trim the first part to make it smaller to fit on Blogger but the whole routine is on my youtube channel.

Then I tried Jessica's Floor Ballet but my body didn't like alot of it so I skipped most supine reps plus all side and prone stuff.  I added MUsic to the sitting end because the original sound became a jumbled mess on my sound system and the sitting end may be a nice add-on.

Then I started visiting various stability ball routines I found online mostly from Mexico and Chile and really enjoyed them.  When holding and bouncing the ball while doing Zumba-like moves, I held a heavy Zumba stick which worked nicely for the bouncing movement.

I had downloaded and merged several videos from Javpel's channel.

Jessica and Nia

This morning I did Jessica's Dance Walk to which I had added MUsic, starting on the bungee then switching to the stability ball then mixing and matching the Fitstix with the floor, ball and bungee.

Next I did the last quarter of Nia's Awareness of the Shoulder Girdle and the first quarter of Nia's Awareness of the Head.  Really enjoyed the latter!  I was so into the Nia, I forgot to put the wet laundry in the dryer LOL  Even did some of the Nia's Shoulders sitting on the ball in a Plies which definitely loosens my hips.

I like the combination of doing cardio then finishing with a feel good routine.
(There is a link to the Nia routines on the right)

ETA:
I just did this as a spark and it was so delicious I had to share it.
I found the videos on

and added MUsic from The Secret Garden and Bombay Dreams :)
The result was an energizing sitting abs which opened the joints as well.  May try it next time on a stability ball.  Just Try it!

Big John, Stott, and Jessica

This morning I warmed up on the bungee to a couple of *Big John* Zumba tunes found on youtube then used the bungee, stability ball, gliding disks and Fitstix with a Stott walking routine which had MUsic added. The MUsic was called *Rock1* by another VFer.  Next I did the second half of Jessica's Total Body Balance Cardio Flow and the upright portion of Core Stretch.  Both felt great.

I did numbers 16 and 17 from Big John's channel:
john drury - YouTube

I cannot share any of the Stott because a similar video got me a second strike on youtube.  I am still sharing some of my music added videos through dropbox with folks who helped me to increase my capacity.  I cannot share these dropbox routines publicly because there is a limit on the traffic with free dropbox accounts and no point uploading them to filemail for just 10 downloads and 3 days. Dropbox enables downloading, deleting and restoring very nicely. It even enables almost 15 minutes of play for any video without downloading. Now that I have experienced the free Dropbox account, I do like it more than a free occasional filemail..  If you want an invitation to my Dropbox, email horsemome2@aol.com
mailto:horsemom2@aol.com

I am still very much into MUving with Jessica but am trying to use some other routines like this Zumba Stability ball channel:

Center Moves, Bootcamp, JS Toning and Sunset Walks

This morning I started with a revisit of Balletone's Center Moves and really enjoyed the change of pace. Then I visited a youtube video of an old Armed Forces vhs to which I had added Music and really enjoyed the bootcamp style cardio and music, using the bungee, stability ball and Fitstix.
Finally I visited two of Jessica's routines to which I had added MUsic.  I used Fitstix for her Toning Walk cardio and my heavier Zumba stix for when she used dumb bells.  Did some of the strength sitting on the ball. Then I cooled down on the bungee and stability ball to her Sunset Walk part 3 which had music by Queen.  I was still sweating during the cooldown.
There is no doubt about it, adding the stability ball has helped to keep my hips and lower back loose.  As soon as I feel the area getting tight, I sit on the ball and bounce alittle then settle into wide plies.  Hear alot of creaking and cracking going on in the joints but it definitely loosens the area for me LOL
Now that I am using a stability ball more, I am reminded that it has the same GForce effect when using weights so am careful not to aggravate my shoulder as I have in the past.

Ellen Ballet Pilates

A couple on the internet offered to share a video file of Ellen Barrett's Ballet Pilates which I am uploading to youtube.  Hopefully, I will do some of it this morning using my HDTV youtube app.
This is not an April Fool's joke!!!  LOL

Also there is a new daily checkin on VF for Jessica Smith.

This morning I started with the standing portion of Ellen Barrett's Ballet Pilates which I had uploaded to youtube.  Then I finally started to revisit Jessica's new dvds and did the first half of Cardio Flow then switched to her Sunset Walk to which I had added Broadway MUsic and did some on the bungee, some sitting on a stability ball and some standing on the floor holding Fitstix.
Jessica's Living Room workouts to which I added MUsic have been my favorite routines for a few months now and remain so which is very odd because I never stuck with the same style for nearly so long.
