Stephanie and Jessica

This morning I warmed up with Tantric Toning with Stephanie de Phillipo.
I do like this routine but like it even more when using its Music Only option.
I am not uploading Tantric Toning to youtube because Stephanie's top is too low cut and the video would attract the wrong kind of attention on youtube.

Then I did the first half of Jessica's Power Walk from her Walking DVD on the bungee and finished with the second and third parts of Jessica's Cardio Barefoot Flow to which I had added Oldies MUsic.

It was quite ironic to see how many moves overlapped in Tantric Toning and Barefoot Cardio Flow.  I love these barefoot fusion workouts fusing Nia, TaiChi, Ballet/Barre, walking, dance, etc.
Thank you Jessica for creating so many of this genre.

Just want to repeat that I will not be publicly sharing Jessica on Dropbox because there would be too much traffic flow if I did.  Also the newest Nia class has been uploaded:

Manuel and Jessica

This morning I warmed up on the bungee with Manuel to which I had added MUsic but the original video is here:

then did Jessica's (African MUsic added)
Dance Stretch 2 then  (Oldies MUsic added) Cardio Barefoot Flow  Part 1

There were some really interesting new moves in this mornings' workout.  Manuel did plies but with alternating heels down (about 6:28 into his routine) and toes up, instead of alternating heels up and toes down like the norm. Jessica did a neat heel walk about 8 minutes into the Dance Stretch which I felt in my lower abs as well as many other unique moves.  The girl is just a genius.

Kari, Manuel, Jessica

I am transferring most of the older Living Room workouts to a data dvd using Windows and it is taking longer than putting them all into a movie with Freemake Video Converter!  I did get overly ambitious last night and tried to put a few too many routines onto a single dvd movie.  On the laptop, Jessica sounded like Alvin the Chipmunk and on the dvd player, it played very choppy.

This morning I warmed up with some of Kari Anderson's Reach (very nice) then did some (MUsic added) Manuel on the bungee then did Jessica's second part of MUsic Added to Fusion Sculpt and finished with the first part of MUsic added to Dance Stretch.
I have some strange DOMS going on in my shoulder and chest and am hoping they are DOMS from crosstraining with Manuel rather than a possible injury.

DropBox

Perfect timing for me to switch to dropbox because my filemail upgrade has ended.
Unfortunately, I have decided not to share Jessica on Dropbox because the attempt created too much traffic.

ETA:
Dropbox sucks.
First with no warning, they disabled my shared links because of too much traffic.
Now I cannot even access the website for private use.
Why would anyone pay to upgrade an account with this horrible website?

ETA: I only will be sharing on Dropbox with the friends who helped me to increase my Dropbox account to avoid over-sharing of links and too much traffic.
My days of massive sharing online is over.
I'll still share small samples on my blog of videos I cannot upload to youtube.

Manuel, Jessica and CS Day2 LOL

This morning I warmed up with 15 minutes of Manuel on the bungee and even picked up my Fitstix.  He is really easy to move with when mindlessly healthbouncing or walking and adding my own MUsic makes him even more fun.  Perfect for warming up.  Thanks to having so many downloads of Manuel from youtube, I pretty much have been able to use just about my whole music library LOL  The one I did this morning had Beatles tunes replacing the audio of this routine:

Then I did 15 minutes of Jessica's High Energy Walk from her Walking dvd but I had added my own MUsic to it, mostly Maroon5 tunes and really enjoyed the routine even more than when playing the dvd.  I did it on and off the bungee, with and without Fitstix.

Then I did the second half of Jessica's Dance Walk youtube workout to which I had also added MUsic.

Finished this morning's workout with some of the CS922 routine.

ETA: I did try to save all of my Jessica downloads onto a single master dvd which I could more easily share with those who wanted a Living Room workout dvd badly but by cramming them all on, it made Jessica sound like she was in an Alvin and the chipmunk cartoon! LOL

Manuel and Jessica and CS

First I want to mention that even though I have burned dvdrs of Jessica's Living Room workouts as a favor for some VFers, I have decided not to do so anymore.  It is too time consuming and uses my laptops resources so extensively that I can do little else with my laptop during the process.  Also there is the expense of blank dvdrs, postage, and packaging as well as stress worrying if the person received the dvdr(s) and can play them satisfactorily.   Folks can try them on youtube, download them from youtube (or my current filemails) to play on their puter and/or even burn them to dvdr if their puter has a dvd burning capability.  For me to charge somebody for my expenses and time at minimum wage, I would have to charge at least $25 per dvdr and the quality is not the greatest.
I prefer to spend my time and resources sharing on youtube and adding MUsic to workouts for my own personal use.

Just buy Jessica's dvds if you can only workout with a dvd!
They offer much better visual and audio quality than her Living Room youtube videos.

I also worry that my freebies may stop people from ordering her dvds:
*Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free, even if the milk is alittle sour*.
So even if my filemail upgrade continues, I do not plan to upload Jessica's living room workouts again.  Besides, she is constantly adding new workouts to youtube so I am not going to try to upload all of her past, present, and future youtube videos to future filemails.
Since the lack of interest in the videos to which I have added MUsic implies I am not interfering with her youtube or dvd income, I will continue to upload them to youtube so I can play them on my HDTV with internet apps because they are my favorite way of moving.

This morning, I warmed up on the bungee with the German instructor Manuel.  However, I have also been replacing his original audio with my own MUsic
His original youtube videos can be found on this Playlist:
Walk with Manuel in German - YouTube

Then I did the Cardio Dance Sculpt  (Jessica's Total Body Balance dvd) and really enjoyed it.  Also did the standing part of Core Stretch.  Finished with CS 920 (?) which was a pretty good routine.
I didn't get my exercise high from my JS with MUsic videos but ran out of time and energy.
Tomorrow is another day.

Manuel Meet Jessica

This morning I warmed up to a workout style I have been sparking to found on youtube by a German instructor named Manuel.  However, I added MUsic to his stuff because I just workout more enjoyably to loud music and his cuing was in German though I could understand much of what he said growing up with grandparents who spoke Yiddish and having German in college.  This morning's routine just had the music played over his music and cuing so I am replacing his audio completely for a better sound effect.  His style is very easy to follow and works well on and off the rebounder just to give the joints some lubrication throughout the day.
The youtube channel with his stuff as well as other instructors:

I am trying to contact them for permission to upload the video files to which I have added MUsic.

After warming up with Manuel, I did the second part of Jessica's Power Walk on the bungee then did the first part of her Living Room Dance Walk to which I had added MUsic before doing some Classica Stretch.

Still Jessica and CS

This morning I warmed up with the second half of Cardio Flow on Jessica's Total Body Balance dvd then did half of the Power Walk, mostly on the bungee from her walking dvd.  Before finishing with a better than usual Classical Stretch (think it is 919), I revisited Jessica's Living Room Fusion Sculpt part 1 to which I have added MUsic.

Total Body Balance is similar to Ellen Barrett's style and Walking for Weightloss similar to a Leslie Sansone and Michelle Dozois fusion.  Personally, I think Jessica has done an amazing job exceeding all of these previous pioneers.  She is more creative with her moves, most of which feel good and aren't too repetitive.  The dvds are chaptered beautifully for mixing and matching.  I also love her personality and attitude.  For example, she mentioned (paraphrasing) *the main goal for working out should be to feel energized afterwards rather than to lose weight*.

That being said, my favorite part of this morning's workout was Jessica's Fusion Sculpt with Fitstix.
I almost have to pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming when doing the routine.
What I liked most about this episode was how it loosened my lower back and hips.
I had to keep the sample short to avoid violating any copyright restrictions.

Jessica New DVDs

So yesterday I did the first half of Cardio Flow on the Jessica Smith Total Body Balance dvd as a spark and really enjoyed it.  This morning I did the warmup and High Energy Walk on her walking dvd which was bungee and Fitstix friendly.  Then I did half of her Sole Sculpt on the Balance dvd before alittle CS.  I was really sweating!  Sole Sculpt is especially very sneaky and much more intense than it looked.
The walking workout was much better than any of Leslie Sansone's for me.  Leslie always seems to tighten my hip flexors with repetitive moves.  All of her routines look and sound the same to me. Unlike Lays potato chips, I only need one.

However, as much as I liked Jessica's walk for its combination of moves and scenery  I have to admit I enjoy the Living Room walking videos to which I added MUsic even more. I just need the MUsic to feel the full joy of muving.

Jessica's dvds can be bought directly from her Amazon store, Collagevideo, TotalFitnessdvds. etc.
There are samples of them on her blog and on the vendor sites as well as my youtube channel sample playlist.

ETA: I have really been enjoying walking with Manuel when I want to just get up and move without much thinking:

More of the Same JS with MUsic

This morning I warmed up on the bungee with the Cardio Quickie found on Sportskool to which I had added MUsic.
then I did the second half of Cardio Mat Fusion.
then I tried some of Jessica's new Dance Walk uploaded last night:

I also tried some of the above to which I added MUsic to the original audio but decided I should either do the original for cuing or redo adding MUsic by removing the original audio first for better audio quality.

Hope the mailman brings me the new Jessicas today!

ETA: Got Them!!!
and they look fabulous even though the walking one was loose in its case and slightly scratched.

I just did the first half of Cardio Flow from the Total Body Balance dvd as a 10 minute spark and am very pleased with the dvd. The moves were similar to her new living room barefoot flow style but the scenery and higher quality audio made a huge difference to me.
Jessica's Living Room fans will not be disappointed.

Another Day of Jessica Jessica Jessica

This morning I did the 3rd and 4th parts of Cardio Dance Sculpt then her Cardio Mat Fusion part1, all of which had MUsic added, then some CS.   I was so into the MUsic and MUving that I was alittle behind Jessica when she was changing the moves. LOL
Did much of it on the bungee and even tweaked some of the strength moves into rebounding AWT or just jogged, etc.  Jessica has limited space so most of these moves are very rebounder friendly. For the first time in a very long while, I just wanted to keep going but knew I would pay for it later so made myself stop.

JS with MUsic

Most of my routines will be the Jessica Smith youtube videos to which I have added MUsic till I receive her new dvds.  I'll continue to do some CS after visiting with Jessica each day.

This morning I did her toning walk routine with a band then the first 2 parts of Cardio Dance Sculpt.  Used the bungee on and off as well as the band, Booty Slide gliding pads, Fitstix and heavier Zumba Stix.

Jessica

Anywho, last night I ordered Jessica Smith's 2 new dvds from her Amazon store which combined into a single postage charge.

This morning I did her newer workouts with her improved audio system which I had downloaded as mono.

I like both of the audios in these two much more than previous uploads.
The Cardio Core Flow music she used was perfect as was the Dance Party2 music.

ETA: Jessica had to remove Dance Party2 because of its music :(

Jessica, How do I love Thee

This morning I warmed up on the bungee with Fitstix to the rest of the German Aerobics dvd then treated myself to some Jessica.  It is becoming harder and harder to reach for anything other than Jessica. I love her new low impact fusion style and her generosity to share her living room workouts with us variety junkies.  Now she is providing audio with a new louder and clearer sound system (hope her neighbors will be tolerant).
Her new style has a wonderful effect on me physically and mentally.   Yesterday doing a spark from her second Dance Party, my tired old self felt like I had a sip from the Fountain of Youth.  Words cannot express how much her workouts have made me feel like muving.

I will be trying to alternate her older stuff with my MUsic and her newer stuff with her MUsic.  Her latest second Dance Party video uploaded yesterday had many songs which I have used!

So this morning after warming up on the bungee, I did the whole older Cardio Barefoot Flow to which I had added MUsic and didn't want it to end.  It had everything:  feel good moves, cardio, and especially a lower body burn with no impact.  It was like doing the best of Ellen and Nia all in one perfectly flowing routine.

Besides her creativity and generosity, I love Jessica's personality and of course, Peanut :)
Thank you Jessica for inviting us into your home and being such a wonderful hostess.

Just ordered Jessica's 2 new dvds from her amazon store and they are being shipped together for less than what a single dvd would ship.  Just put both in your cart before checkingout:

I am almost blank on what I did this morning, waiting too long to check-in.
Warmed up with a German made kickboxing dvd then did Classical Stretch and some of Jessica Smith's Dance workout on youtube.

LURVING Jessica with MUsic

This morning I warmed up on the bungee with Andrea Metcalf's Keeping Fit Cardio starting with the third chapter from the end which was a great routine with unique moves BUT the music is way too soft so may be adding my own to it.
Then I did the whole Jessica Smith's first Stride and Strength workout to which I had added Irish MUsic and really enjoyed it!  Sometimes I used the bungee, sometimes Fitstix, and sometimes heavier Zumba sticks.

Original video:

I was starting to get into a funk because of being frustrated with Freemake's newest version and having our home away from home, The Borgata in AC, starting to cutback on their offers by closing their buffet Tuesdays and Wednesdays but Stride and Strength with the Irish MUsic made me full of joy.
Jessica's newest two dvds may become available as soon as Monday on her Amazon store!

Freemake Video Converter

If you have an older version of Freemake Video Converter on your puter, keep it!!!

Do not install the newer versions because they made some changes I am not wild about especially on the text menu for burned dvdrs.  Now I only get 5 chapters on a screen instead of 6 and no durations are listed for each chapter anymore.  They came out with a fancier separate menu download as part of a new gold pack  and I am not a happy camper about this change.

ETA: I changed the menu option from Text to the double thumbnail and now am content with the new Freemake Video Converter version!  I can zoom through the chapters in either direction with a thumbnail, subtitle, and duration listed for each chapter.  I have burned over 10 hours onto a single dvdr as fast as I have burned 2 hours.  It also seems more stable.
Sooooo try the newest download :)
Just uncheck the dialog boxes for the other software offers if they do not interest you.

MUsic still my Thing

This morning I warmed up on the bungee to the first mile of the 3 mile Leslie Walk with her belt which was on vimeo but did it with Leslie's music this time.  Then I did an aerobics routine found on hasfit.com to which I added great music while removing the floor/mat moves but unfortunately do not have their permission to share because they want everyone to visit their site for advertising.  Next I did some of Kimberly Spreen's Combat Surge medball routine which was on Sportskool, using a heavier Zumba Stick instead of a medball and alittle of XY Buti from facebook, youtube and vimeo.  Finished with some Classical Stretch.

Again my own MUsic made a huge difference in getting me to move longer with the hasfit video.

Freemake 101

Here's a quick Freemake Video Converter guide:

If you have a windows operating system you can download the
Freemake Video Converter
at www.freemake.com
or from a filemail where I uploaded the setup file:
https://www.filemail.com/dl.aspx?id=MCKNMXNOPBHBKMS

The download will try to get you to accept a couple of other software programs but just refuse the other software unless you want any of them. If you do download any by mistake or to try, you can uninstall/remove them whenever you want.

Freemake Video Converter can download a youtube video by copying the url and choosing to *paste the url*. It can then either convert the video(s) to store on you pc (I usually convert to wmv or MP4 because Windows friendly) or it can directly burn the downloads to a dvdr. I just finished burning over 5 hours of stored videos of mixed formats (wmv, mp4 and flv) to a single dvdr movie in about one hour .

It also enables trimming and ripping video titles from a dvd. It will also upload a video file to youtube, breaking it down into chapters shorter than 15 minutes.

If you want to download a video like the ones uploaded by Jessica Smith, convert it to MP4 and choose the audio to be mono instead of stereo to avoid the left speaker only audio.

ETA: if anyone wants to try Pump It Up
here's a filemail for that
https://www.filemail.com/dl.aspx?id=YDQSSSOBWPQXIMS

Trimming Youtube Uploads

I decided I still had too many videos uploaded on my youtube channel which didn't have permission from its creators and could draw another strike against me so deleted many more of them.  Some had been embedded on my blog so will no longer be available. Still have plenty of everything to keep anyone moving for months if not years.  Many videos I uploaded for myself and since deleted are better on dvd so I can play it in my basement to use with my bungee  I am enjoying the bungee much more since switching the cord tensions from their loosest to tightest.  My feet like it more and I seem to have more stamina.  Haven't felt like I was losing my balance, especially when attempting one legged stuff.

This morning I warmed up with the 3rd chapter of 10 Minute Solution Carb Burning and really liked the moves in it, doing all of the power moves on the bungee. Then I did the third mile from Leslie's 5 Really Big Miles (5 Mile Walks on Vimeo) and liked the music and some of the moves which were easy to tweak on the bungee.  Sometimes I held Fitstix too.  Then I did the Roberta Berman Back Therapy bar routine to which I had added MUsic with my light Katami bar and really enjoyed it. That video had some of it uploaded on this blog post Bergman bar.
Then I did some of Jessica's Flat Belly Walk with my MUsic (blog post 2/7 Jessica Flat Abs Walk) before finishing with some Classical Stretch.

Also used a heavy Zumba stick on and off but cannot remember during which videos! LOL

Bungee Cords Adjustment

This morning I warmed up on the bungee with The Biggest Loser Power Walk third mile with MUsic only.  For a few weeks, I have been having more mysterious foot pain and think it can be from struggling to stay balanced on the Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline.  In fact, I have come alittle too close to falling when doing one legged stuff on it lately. I have had it for a couple of years now and seem to feel like I am having more trouble balancing maybe because the cords have loosened a bit so I decided to switch the cords from their loosest setting to their tightest.  It is now a much quicker bounce and more stable as far as keeping my balance.  So far so good, no weird pains in the feet!  It was hard to tell how the change in tension affected my hips.  Hopefully, my hips will not find the quicker and firmer bounce jarring.

Then I did the Next Move Total Body routine to which I had added MUsic before finishing with Classical Stretch.

Next Move with MUsic

This morning I warmed up on the bungee with more of the cardio from Andrea Metcalf's Keeping Fit series then revisited the Next Move's Cardio Core to which I added MUsic before finishing with Classical Stretch.

I really clicked BIGtime with Michelle Dozois MUves with my MUsic

Jessica's new sound system

So Jessica Smith has a new sound system which makes the audio much louder and clearer on her newest living room workout Dance Party BUT it still plays audio just through my left speaker on the pc and when burned to dvdr on the dvd player with attached speakers.
Of course, I never give up LOL
So the solution for me has been to use Freemake Video Converter in 3 separate stages:
Download the video without audio
Download the video and convert it to MP3 mono (without stereo)
Then open the video without audio and adding the MP3 file to the video file

I can now hear the audio through both speakers.
OK it isn't stereo but neither was the original on youtube.
Maybe Jesssica can fix the audio settings on her end one day.
For now I am thrilled that the music is louder and clearer.

This morning I did Jessica's Dance Party on and off the bungee, even while standing on the gliding pads from the Booty Slide set.  Then I did some Bellicon videos and finished with Classical Stretch.  My  troublesome right hip and knee seemed to respond to 609 very well even though it was for frozen shoulders!

Here's the Bellicon I liked alot:

Uh-oh looks like the snow that became rain is now snow again so our possible blizzard may be approaching.

Still Lurving Jessica!

This morning I started with the second mile with a band from Leslie's 5 Really Big Miles, mostly on the bungee then did the rest of Jessica's Flat Abs Walk with MUsic added which may become my favorite Jessica routine and finished with Classical Stretch.
I love how this walk uses new moves and tweaks to old moves to work the core without any weights:

ETA:
Jessica finally has loud music!

Really BIG Miles

This morning I warmed up on the bungee with Fitstix to the first mile in Leslie's 5 Really Big Miles thanks to vimeo which actually had decent music!  5 Mile Walks on Vimeo

Then I switched to the first part of Jessica Smith's Flat Abs Walk to which I had added MUsic then the first part of her Kickboxing Ballet video to which I had added MUsic:

Finished with Classical Stretch.

Gaiam Walking

There are various walking routines available through TVGuide from Hulu. If you click to watch them on Hulu, you can download them with Freemake Video Downloader!

Pink Screen from DVD Player

This morning I warmed up with the second chapter of the 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner on the bungee then did the Biggest Loser Power Walk 4th walk with the medball but substituted a heavy Zumba stick.  Then I did some of miles one and most of four with the boost cables on the Leslie 4 Super Miles.  Finished with Classical Stretch.

Our $3 component cable had arrived from Amazon so I finally replaced the yellow video composite cable with the green, blue, and red video component cable between our dvd player and HDTV which is officially one year old.   At first, the screen was pink but was easily fixed by toggling a v-mode button on the dvd player's remote.  Just wanted to mention that in case anyone else has a similar problem.  Lots of people automatically blame the cheaper component cables or incorrect cable connections.

The one and only time we tried to watch a dvd on the HDTV previously, we used my laptop to play and stream the dvd being so disappointed in the video quality from the dvd player.  Since we have the premium movie package through FIOS, we didn't really use the new TV for dvd movies and son had his XBox360 using the component input ports.  At some point, we switched his XBox to a HDMI connection but I just forgot all about getting component wires for the dvd player till it was discussed on VF.  Still have a really good HDMI wire attached for the laptop or future new den tv through a third HDTV port.  Do not need a Roku or Bluray player for youtube, etc because the TV has its own internet apps.  We have been very happy with this Vizio.  I see a year later we could have gotten a similar Vizio Smart TV at the same price but LED instead of LCD.   Next den TV will definitely be LED.

German Youtube Channel!!

I am trying to remember everything I did this morning but waited too long to post so am struggling! LOL

I did the first 10 minute routine on Michelle Dozois 10 minute Solution Carb Burner on the bungee.  Then I did the second and third Miles on Leslie Sansone's 4 mile Super Walk which used the booster cables in the second mile.  Music was ok but no music louder or music only option.  When  Leslie started losing my attention in the 3rd mile after removing the booster cables, I started doing my own thing (bungee, Fitstix, gliding disks, heavy Zumba stix).  Finished with some Classical Stretch.
Actually didn't do anything with my MUsic added, not even a Jessica so didn't feel as energized afterwards.  Maybe I'll visit Jessica and Peanut as a spark.

Not sure but think the 4 mile Super Walk was only available through QVC?  Anywho I found a whole bunch of Leslie Sansone videos on vimeo some of which can be downloaded with Realplayer:
Walk Productions, Inc.’s Channels on Vimeo

Here's some 4 mile walks including the Super 4 Miles which I did this morning:
4 Mile Walks on Vimeo

ETA:
It is so ironic.  Many of my MUsic added videos are blocked in Germany yet a VFer found this German youtube channel with workouts with good loud music!

Slow Start

I started out slowly today with some of Roberta Bergman's Back Therapy routine because of a numbness in my left leg that developed last evening.  I had edited out her floor work and did the 2 warm-ups, standing stretch, wall stretch, chair stretch and best of all, her bar stretch.  I shared the bar stretch on 2/1 after adding music to it and doing it as a spark.  This morning, I used my light Katami bar.  The other day, I used a band stretched outwards which is also demonstrated in the video.  This morning I did all of her routines with her cuing, wishing the whole time I had already burned the routine to use in the basement with the MUsic added LOL
Then I did some of Jessica Smith's Abs Diet for Women Cardio Interval workout on the bungee to which I had added MUsic.  Ironically, the MUsic was from a Leslie Walk.
Then I did some of Jessica Smith's Cardio Barefoot Flow to which I had added new MUsic.
Finished with some Classical Stretch.
Numbness is now gone :)

ETA: My spark was the same as that posted on 1/27 (Bollywood MUsic added to Jennifer Galardi's Sweat Sexy shown on Sportskool) and also an arm routine by Tracey Anderson to which I added MUsic.

ETA:
This morning I warmed up to some Andrea Metcalf Keeping Fit Cardio on the bungee with Fitstix

then did some of an Arthritis Foundation dvd called Keep Moving.
I only like their endurance routines which are rather short:
Finished with some Seasons 6 and 9 Classical Stretch.

ETA:
Spark was more of Andrea Metcalf Cardio and some Jessica Smith Sunset Walk with Broadway MUsic added, both on the bungee with Fitstix.

MUsic Cardio and CS

I am getting back into CS doing episodes from season 6 and season 9 back-to-back since Season 6 has much better warmups.  My hip which is bothersome, especially in the morning when getting out of bed seems to like it
Really love warming up to the videos with music added for 20 to 30 minutes on the bungee with Fitstix so I think I will follow this combination for awhile.
CS can be both my strength and stretching component.

This morning I warmed up to the second part of Moms Cafe to which I had added MUsic then did Jessica Smith's Interval Walk to which I had also added MUsic.  Then I did some of CS602, CS901, and CS902.

ETA: I redid the MUsic on this wonderful Jessica Smith 10 minute Interval workout so the video wouldn't be blocked in Germany or on Playlists when wanting to do them on youtube.

Also I captured some vhs which just have a slight visual distortion worth sharing, including Kacy Duke's Sculpt&Groove and Taebo Live Basic and Advanced #12 which I will be uploading to youtube later because very few TaeBo fans had access to the #12s.   These were hard to find even when Dollar General was selling them for a buck each.  Imagine, I paid $30 to$35 for each!

ETA:
This was my spark today:
I added MUsic to Roberta Bergman's Back Therapy bar routine which can also be done with an extended band.
