I did 3 edited routines in my hotel room the past 2 days which I had loaded on to my Tracfones:
Standing Abs with Kathy Smith
(with the audio replaced)
Jenny Ford 's
Cardio Workout Fat Burner
(with the audio replaced with Middle Age MUsic)
and
some of the original Older and Wiser cardio
and of course, I walked and walked and walked.
